Yeah if they only cast a better lead. Gosling was stone-faced kinda like Keanu hahaha. Brilliant direction, cool soundtrack, intense action and tone though.

I like to think I've calmed down on outright buying questionable movies - but I hope Iron Sky shows up on Netflix streaming, that and The FP - which also looks terrible, yet for some reason I want to watch it to see how terrible it actually is.

This is one of those movies that just looks terrible but I kind of want to check out due to sheer curiosity. At least it looks like there are enough good parts to warrant a rental.

Sunset Boulevard Review comment
Sunset Boulevard is a movie that's rather weird but interesting. The way that the grisly ending, where the young man's body was found floating in the hotel's swimming pool, and what happened unfolded in flashbacks was really a cool way to do it. I liked this movie a great deal.

Midnight Cowboy Review comment
Midnight Cowboy is a rather powerful film, and it is depressing at times, but certainly worth a watch. I've seen it afew times, including when it first came out and was still in the movie theatres.
