Yeah, for the most part, I agree with what you said about Children of Men. A good movie, but nothing too incredible.

Yeah there are plenty of movies that I feel are overrated but still great movies. Tarantino is a great example of a person who makes overrated movies, his movies are usually really good but people talk about each film like he can do no wrong, when in reality he may have peaked 15 years ago with Pulp Fiction and Resovour Dogs. Now everything he puts out is "good" and creative, but not ground-breaking and amazing.

Paycheck - Affleck's acting is just plain bad - unless he plays a jerk. Woo is just an action director full of cheese. If say James Cameron directed the entire thing, or hell even the director of Dark City - Pryos it might have kicked ass! Just my opinion though.

if you click on the "my reviews" and goto the review you want to delete there is a green link that says "delete review +" that should do the trick.
