Glad that you also enjoyed this flick. We finally get a solid action movie that is not only fun and cool, but also well made in every aspect. Sad that not more people saw it.

I've heard it was pretty disappointing...The Thing re-do. However, my brother liked it fairly well so I may give it a chance. He's my horror movie-barometer.

I agree with your selection of 'The Matrix Reloaded'. A very underrated film.

Well, as to The Thing "prequel," I've read some reviews that do not paint it in a very good light; however, I know someone who saw it and really liked it. So. Let me know what you think of it if or when you see it, and I'll do the same; but I don't think I'll be seeing it until it goes to DVD. Love Carpenter's The Thing though, and the 1951 original as well...
