Overstuffed sequel that has too many plot threads and juggling too many ideas. I would forgive it for being overly ambitious if only it was not so annoying and obnoxious. Whenever it tries to be cool, it comes off as being cringeworthy. However, I would be lying if I said I did not laugh at certain moments. A few of the fight scenes are not badly staged. But it's another sequel that really feels like a sequel.
