Wildly mediocre DTV crime drama that has one helluva cast. I mean, Morgan Freeman, Kevin Spacey, LL Cool J, Cary Elwes, Dylan McDermott, plus John Heard and Rosalyn Sanchez. And yes even Justin Timberlake and Piper Perabo at least have name recognition. That all these people are in this is more interesting than anything in the actual movie. It's your standard 'big city corruption' kind of plot. A bit like that later Mark Wahlberg movie BROKEN CITY. Except way cheaper looking.

Ultra-routine thriller with a better than average cast; LL Cool J's one man vs. an army of killers finale is jaw-droppingly bad, but Morgan Freeman has some fun in an eccentric role and Dylan McDermott's villain is quite refreshing. Final Grade: C-
