Plot: Dragonworld is about a young boy (Jon) who goes to Scotland after the death of his parents. Jon has a hard time adjusting to life in Scotland as he and his grandpa live in an area where there are not many children his own age. Following a myth he had been told, he goes to a magical site and wishes for a friend. The Scottish fairies grant his wish by giving him a young dragon as a friend, whom he decides to name Yowler.
