It was better than I expected it to be based on the summary. However I also have not seen a movie with Paul Rudd in it before and I do enjoy Michael Douglas.

I had to watch it twice & NOT because it was so nice. The 1st time I watched Ant-Man I fell asleep in the middle & woke up when it was about over. When I woke up I wasn't going to give it a 2nd chance but I did anyway. This time I was able to stay awake. The 2nd time watching it was better than the 1st.I wasn't as bored but the movie felt like it dragged on & on & on.1 of the best things about Ant-Man were the scenes with Abby Ryder Fortson & Paul Rudd (I could watch those over & over again) Also the special effects were just awesome.I loved how things that were small were made BIG & things that were BIG were made small. The fight between Ant-Man & Yellowjacket was my favorite part of the movie.I won't even go into it.You just have to see it for yourself.Even though the only thing I truly …

"My days of breaking into places and stealing shit are done.
What do you want me to do?
I want you to break into a place and steal some shit."
Is it a plane? Is it a bird? Is it Superman? No, it's just an ordinary guy named Scott Lang (Rudd Paul) who stole from some millionaires in a digital, Robin Hood-like way in the past and who can transform into a superhero the size of an ant by using a high-tech suit. This suit was designed by Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and reduces the distance between atoms. Thus, it's not a spider bite or the exposure to certain radiations that created Ant-man. Is it so super hero-like, say, like Spiderman? Yes and no. I don't think there's need for a sequel. The overall content is a bit too ... euh ... I could say a bit to "little" for that. But the …

Ant-Man (2015) PG-13 Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) is a car burglar who is hand-picked by Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) to become Ant-Man. Ant-Man can decrease in size but, also, can increase in strength. I enjoyed this film that is more in the vein of Guardians of the Galaxy with the amount of humor in it and the hero of the story who is dependent on his wits, rather than a superpower. I liked Rudd in the role, as he has a smart-ass quality to him, but not so much that you don’t like him. He plays off of both Michael Douglas and Evangeline Lilly (who plays the daughter of Dr. Pym), and there are some real sparks between Lilly and Rudd. Corey Stoll plays the villain well, bringing just enough menace to the role to make it enjoyable to watch. The action sequences are fast moving and …
