Plot: An inventor/architect thinks he has the next big design - but getting the idea off the ground has cost him most of his money and put a strain on his marriage. Facing eviction, his wife bumps into an older, wealthy businessman who offers her $700 to get out of their current debt. When she tells this to her husband, he doesn't believe her - leading her to leave for Palm Beach and a divorce. Claudette Colbert was never as good as Bette Davis or Barbara Stanwyck. This movie show's CC's range - one note acting. Sorry, it wasn't that great of a film.
