An excellent movie from beginning to end. And, the ending is amazing. It always stirs my soul to watch Wes Studi fight and kill the brother, and then fight and be killed by the father. It's a thrilling scene.

Reminds me of another film with the Last of something in the title. Takes another group of proud and noble people and makes it into a great film. Daniel Day-Lewis gives a star-making performance.

Incredible music, good performance and a solid story make this movie pretty decent. It is a bit winded and forced (Kind of like Edward Zwick films). Day Lewis is an incredible actor as I wish he was in more. See it.
