If you want a fun adventure film with corny jokes and surprisingly good chemistry, give this a go as Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt make a fine team and help move this film along. It's much along the lines of the Pirates series - not too serious but just enough edge to make it more than just a typical Disney kids movie. Good for at least one watch.

Action packed and energetic adventure film based off the Disney ride. Both Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt are quite good together. The plot is very much in the vein of Indiana Jones meets the African Queen. But director Jaume Collet-Serra keeps things moving at a fast pace and it's just so much fun. The score by James Newton Howard is excellent.
