I don't know what I was expecting with this movie since I didn't like the first one, but there's nothing funny or new in this movie that's worth seeing.

ok so i really enjoyed this movie laughed out loud alot got a huge kick out of kevin heart these two are like a comedy riot i loved it dont get all the harsh reviews sure it wasnt perfect but what sequel is i still say if u are looking for a fun good time i recomend that u go see this movie perfect for a day or night out the brothes in law really make a deacent team

'Ride Along 2' is a lazy sequel to an already lazy first movie. This is a true game of repeat. Everything is a carbon copy. The plot beats, certain interactions/exchanges, and even the character arcs (if you'd call them that) are exactly the same. What makes that fact worse is the poor quality of the previous 'Ride Along'. This part 2 also holds up the former's lack of any solid jokes or gags. There just isn't a single good laugh present. Quite a boring watch.
