Absorbing film noir following a bank teller wrongly accused of theft who struggles to clear his name. A good example of how jerks can be worse obstacles than actual villains. The conflict between the lead (Sullivan) and an obsessive investigator (McGraw) is compelling. Only major complaint is how the resolution seems unfinished.
