Other then a visually terrific opening sequence, a well done fight sequence in a cave and some fun 3D effects, this movie is mediocre to terrible in almost every other way. The acting is some of the worst I have seen in this kind of movie. Lutz is particularly awful as Hercules. Another problem is that the movie does not stick to the excellent Greek myth at all. "300" this is not.

1200 B.C. - a queen bears a child by the god Zeus - a child destined to overthrow a tyrant and bring help in a time of need. Yet Hercules, as he is called, knows nothing of his destiny - as he grows he only knows he is destined to be with Hebe, Princess of Crete, a woman promised to his own brother. Yet when he learns of he true nature he must decide what path to follow. We are still January and I hate saying that. The Legend of Hercules. This movie has Horrible visual effect's, Bad writing and this movie has one of the worst acting I have even seen in my life I have seen some Bad acting in the past but this took the spot.
