I don't really know what to think of this film. It is about a guy who receives a universal remote, which can control everything in his life. This movie starts of as a comedy, but also has a sense of adventure, but by the end of the movie, it is neither, because it actually turns out to be sad... I think the director should have stuck to one genre, although I did enjoy the ending which gave the movie a nice twist

Are you feeling stressed? Are you worried? Maybe sit down and watch this movie. It will remind you of all the important things in life, maybe I should take my own advise on this somedays. I thought this was a great role for Adam Sandler, it was nice to see his serious side as well as a funny side. I am also a fan of Kate Beckinsale. This was a great movie! Check it out!

This film tries too hard to cover too many genres, its almost as though they didn't think that comedy and adventure, and sci-fi was enough, who ever decided that this needed to be a chick flick as well just went over the line and killed any possiblity of this movie being great. The way the trailers projected this movie they didn't let anyone see the dramatic side that this movie would try to go after. They made it seem like Sandler was going after his classic comedy film styles, the kind he would do before Spanglish and Punch Drunk Love. The funniest parts of this movie were handed off in the trailer, and the rest of the movie was trying to make it more of a drama. Not one of Sandlers best works.

This is the Adam Sandler who straddles seriousness and comedy and, this time it just doesn't work. Focus on one or the other already! Plus, I still don't understand why he couldn't just rewind the whole damn thing.
