More adventures of Dante, Randal, Jay & Silent Bob in this often funny,but more offensive sequel to the 1994 indie hit; plenty of off-the-wall attacks on pop culture, but its final third goes off the deep end. Rosario Dawson provides a nice love interest to the proceedings and fans of Kevin Smith or the original film are likely to be delighted. Final Grade: C+

Well this is possibly the funniest movie I have ever SEEN in my life. This was the second Kevin Smith movie I saw ( after the original Clerks X). Awaiting the second to be released, I had nothing but the biggest hype for it, but I somehow knew it wouldn't be as good as the first. Boy was I wrong. The second Clerks film is much more vulgar, and over the top compared to the original indie. Not saying that the donkey show, made the movie but the Clerks series made a huge breaking point when the second one was released, and it was obvious that this one would earn my interest. FINAL SCORE :::: 80% ::::

Kevin Smith did a great job with this film. It was exactly what was needed after Jersey Girl. This is a very funny movie that manages to tell a good story about well developed characters.

While never quite attaining the level of the original Clerks, this sequel to the low-budget his is still better than most comedies out there. It's still hilarious, outrageous and smart - just not quite as original the second time around.
