Offensively Unoriginal.

I hope you like fart jokes because G-Force has a lot of them. G-Force fails in almost every respect, and will only entertain children. Small children.

G-Force is about three guinea pigs who are genetically engineered to talk and be spies. But these rodents are out of the job when they're thrown into a pet shop when the government disapproves of the G-Force team. They meet another guinea pig named Hurley, and together, they escape the pet shop and attempt to save the world from killer kitchen appliances.

G-Force offers, quite literally, nothing that's original or anything that I haven't seen before on film. G-Force is always trying to be funny. The gags never stop, but I never laughed a single time. I think I smiled twice, and the second time was a smile of relief when the movie …

Review - G-Force (2009)

When an evil corporation is out to take over the world, who do you call? The feds? James Bond? What about a couple guinea pigs with grappling hooks? This is the vague premise that led to the atrocity that is to be dissected here, otherwise known as G-Force.

The story is just as aforementioned: A team of guinea pigs with headsets that allow them to speak English infiltrate a secret organization working through a major global appliance corporation (like GE only with money and clients). Oddly, their most prominent foe throughout is the federal government, who wants nothing more than to see G-Force shut down. Oh, and little kids who for some reason find pleasure in torturing animals for no discernible reason.

Our heroes are four guinea pigs played by Sam Rockwell, Penélope Cruz, Tracy …

G Force, a Mr. E Movie Review

(Run time: min. - Directed by: Hoyt Yeatman - Starring: Sam Rockwell, Penelope Cruz, Tracy Morgan, Bill Nighy, Zach Galifianakis.)

Disney's latest 3-D rodent action adventure is the very cool and funny, G-Force. Which I think is short for Gerbil-Force. (Even though the force includes a mole, a fly, and roaches?) Its realistic mixing of live action and digital animation plays really well and its storyline was really cool. It even it had a cool twist at the end!

The premise is about a really special team of secret agents that have to prove themselves before the government dismantles them. They have one chance to do this but that chance goes awry and unfortunately they end up having to escape, accidentally, to a pet store.

The evil in this movie is …

Alright, call me a pessimist critic, but don't allow anything to drive you to go see this dreadful movie. How many actors, singers, and producers were suckered into this cockamamie, yes, I said cockamamie, idea about guineau pigs fighting an appliance manufacturer who plans to connect all the world's refrigerators!? What in the world was Bruckheimer thinking? Sam Rockwell [stupid cowboy] was GOD-AWFUL at best. Penelope Cruz...come on, you just won an Oscar, honey! Bill Nighy has way too little self-respect to say no and for the love of all things lovely, who invited Tracy Morgan!? He just plain sucks all-around...I remember First Sunday. So please, take your kids to something better. Wait for Toy Story in 3-D. Just don't take them to this awful movie that you'll have to buy for …

Review: G-Force

In 2005, Disney released a film that was a glorious spectacle in the B-movie tradition. It was called "Sky High," and it was a dazzling mix of the "Harry Potter" series and "The Incredibles" that worked wonders and was that summer's most fun release by a mile, a joyous respite that worked as well as, but in different ways than, the darker releases that season, such as the final "Star Wars" film or the "Batman" reboot. In the same way, and with one minor but considerable flaw, "G-Force" is this year's answer. The film is in no way smart or sophisticated, but how can it be? It's about guinea pigs that are special agents with the FBI! The plot calls for a B-movie and "G-Force" delivers the goods.
