It's as bad as you've heard. Worse, it's boring as hell. I suppose the conceit behind the premise (that smoking marijuana will lead to a life of crime and murder) is still funny. But when the movie isn't a poorly scripted drama, it moralizes to the audience like a disappointed stepfather you know is a pompous hypocrite.
