Though the mood is somewhat inconsistent, 'Coma' is nevertheless a fine suspense romp that can rightly ascend to the ranks of such marvelous paranoid thrillers as 'The Stepford Wives (1975)' and 'Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978)'.
