A very fun and ridiculus romp, that is loveable English slapstick mixed with a very dark story and tone. Everything here is fun and goofy, just the way it should be. It never takes itself too seriously, and keeps the jokes smart and witty for the most part. There are a few simple fart jokes and predictable parts, but still very enjoyable.

Hubby & I took in this at a matinee. Overall enjoyed it. Some things you just saw coming and plot pretty preditable but lots of humurous situations and just goes to prove that weddings and funerals are all calls for family neuroses and humor. Not a buyer for us but enjoyable to go and see as a matinee

Remember the midget from The Station Agent? Yeah, Peter Dinklage. He is in this, along with a stellar British cast. I really like Frank Oz. This is a great ensemble piece and is a comedy that is actually FUNNY. Very worthwhile, and I would recommend seeing it. This film will most likely make my top films of 2007.
