For whatever reason, I prefer this to any Michael Moore film. Morgan Spurlock puts himself at a strange health risk, eating McDonalds food for 30 days, and we see what happens. Unlike Fahrenheit 9/11 or Bowling for Columbine, this movie actually had some effect on the fast food industry. For whatever reason, though, it makes me hungry.

Will truly make you swear off fast food for life. There's a lot to learn here and some ugly truths about what kids are growing up with these days. Just do me a favor and don't watch it during any meals. Updating my rating after learning that most of what was presented in the documentary was highly dubious pseudoscience. Did it lead to some good changes? Probably, but Morgan Spurlock still didn't tell the whole truth and his alcohol abuse was likely the cause of many of his health issues - not fast food. Not even McDonalds deserved this.

Basically all I have to say is that it is a great learning tool and funny at times. No where near as entertaining or enjoyable to watch as any Michael Moore film.
