Plot: A Spanish director on a tight budget decides to film his biopic on Christopher Columbus in Bolivia, in order to hire local actors on the cheap. Everything seems to be going smoothly, until a battle erupts over the privatization of the water supply - and one of his lead actors leads the protest movement. -- Chris Kavan
