Now You See Me review

J. Daniel “Danny” Atlas, Henley Reeves, Jack, and Merritt McKinney were invited by Arthur “Art” Tressler to perform as the Four Horsemen. FBI agent Dylan Rhodes and Alma Dray from Interpol are tasked to investigate the mysterious heist of robbing a bank by the Four Horsemen. The pair approaches an ex magician names Thaddeus Bradley. Screenplay was top notch with lines: “I hate people who exploit other people.” My life is happier when I believe that.” “Faith can move mountains.” Soundtrack was lively and performances notably of Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo and Woody Harrelson were splendid. Cinematography, editing and plot were fantastic. Only minor blemishes observed by this reviewer were the lack of outcome for the rich Arthur Tressler, effects heavy related magic tricks ad the cliffhangers with the direction of the Four Horsemen in the end (after the credits) and purpose of the Eye/Dylan. Has one of the best twists much similar premise to The Usual Suspects mixed with Ocean’s Eleven. Now You See Me was entertaining and will surely have more answers in its next sequel.
