Fracture review

Theodore "Ted" Crawford (Anthony Hopkins), a rich engineer, witnesses his wife Jennifer (Embeth Davidtz) having an affair with a police detective namely Robert Nunally (Billy Burke). Ted gets home early to the surprise of Jennifer. He shoots her and confronts Robert. In the trial, Ted asks William "Willy" Beachum (Ryan Gosling) for legal representation.

Camera work was spectacular. Screenplay was enlightening with a few quotes: Ted – “You look closely enough, you'll find that everything has a weak spot where it can break, sooner or later.” “You're a winner, Willy.” Pace of the film slows down when Willy tried to search for the evidence and fooling around with his soon to be boss, which is preposterous in actuality. Anthony Hopkins was solid as always. Fracture is a good drama about faithfulness, manipulation, and cleverness matched with a wonderful ending
