The original cartoon version was immensely modified, humor was too much instead of focusing on a better plot and some dialogue was just too cheesy. Action was decent, the soundtrack matches the scenes however one cannot be too impressed with some of the actors on this picture. A decent origin that could have been way better, with out the major retouches and exploiting the visual effects, Transformers is a fun start for fans and new fans alike.
