Bad Teacher review

Elisabeth Halsey (Cameron Diaz) has been dumped by her rich fiancé and tries to teach again. She meets a geeky substitute teacher named Scott Delacorte (Justin Timberlake). He eventually falls in love with Elisabeth’s fierce competent rival Amy Squirrel (Lucy Punch). Russell Gettis (Jason Segel) finds ways to ask the popular teacher out but to no avail. Halsey has plans on having a boob job for P10,000 so she finds way to come-up with the money. Cameron Diaz plays it well as a wicked lazy teacher who just passes time while Lucy Punch’s performance was noteworthy. The kids with a few lines did a delightful job with the racy lines, which I'm sure they had a blast getting away with it. The soundtrack and camera direction was effective while the screenplay was good enough to catch your attention. Way better than most comedies released to date. The R rated film with humor, lessons of change and having a heart.
