This movie is basically a filmed play. Not very much was done to it to make it into a movie, part of an American Film Theatre series of plays on film.

I love Harold Pinter's wordplay, and the cast is uniformly excellent at delivering it. Paul Rogers is the crusty, hate-spewing patriarch. Ian Holm plays one of the sons, in a role that preceded his greater screen fame.

Find it and watch it. It's a treat.
