Like the original "Invasion of the Body Snatchers," this film was made in a climate of fear.
Don't let them see what you think. Don't let them see that you feel. Don't even sweat. They're coming. They're already here.
McCarthyism. Bushism. Alien Possession. They have a lot in common.
The acting is about what you'd expect from the genre.
