Decent film while strange to see Peck in this role

Jim Douglas (Gregory Peck) takes a long trip to the town where the four men that raped and killed his wife are going to be hanged for other crimes they committed. When they escape just the night before the hanging, Douglas starts a fierce hunting of the men with the only purpose of accomplishing himself what legal procedures didn't.
While Gregory Peck is not usually associated with Westerns, he does an amazing job in this film.
