Traitor (2008)

Terrorists Everywhere

From writer and first time director Jeffrey Nachmanoff, we have an interesting story of a man who is involved with terrorism. There are some twists and the big ending was based on an idea from Steve Martin. Yes, that Steve Martin. Good performances, decent story. Sometimes I found myself wanting to fall asleep. But in between all the "boring" parts, the writer/director infused enough energy into the project and brought enough ideas to the table that I can't say I was disappointed exactly.

There were lots of locations, lots of languages spoken. I was impressed by the way that everything was tied together.

I'd like to say that the writer/director probably has more good films up his sleeve in the future and I would be interested to see more of his films as he grows in his career. I heard he was remaking a French film (Anthony Zimmer) and if he does it right, it will be fabulous.
