Fascinating drama that looks as if it's a western but really, it is more of a psychological drama with elements of a modern-day corporate thriller. The cast is very good, especially the lead actor David Brian who plays his part slimy but still kind of smooth. All the female characters bewitch or betray him just like a film noir. Not sure why Lon Chaney is in this. His performance is pretty silly while everything else is more grounded.
