I was never a big fan of the Tron movies. The first one is horrible and even the groundbreaking CGI effects is laughably dated. Tron: Legacy looks kind of cool but I found it dull. This one is about as preachy about technology as the earlier movies. But something about it hit me just right. So I found it just okay. The visual style and the soundtrack is very good. This is a gorgeous looking movie. Jared Leto is fine. Evan Peters is kind of fun as the villain. Both Greta Lee and Jodie-Turner Smith are a bit bland though.
