Well, I at least liked it better than the last two movies by Wes Anderson. The visual style is bizarre yet beautiful as always. The dialogue is deadpan but delivered with upmost sincerity. The emotional moments do not work as often as intended. But I like the characters just enough. Benicio Del Toro is good as a wily industrialist trying to outwit his personal enemies and paid assassins alike. But Mia Threapleton is very memorable as his estranged daughter who is also a nun that disapproves of his shady tactics.
