WW1 adventure yarn of two British soldiers that become friends but then start to fight over the same woman. It's cool to see Claude Rains in a more action-oriented role as a seasoned spy. One could see the prototypical mannerisms that Cary Grant would utilize better for his performance in the later movie GUNGA DIN. Some nice battle scenes and escapes but the love story is kind of cliched.
