A drama that deals with sexual situations involving a young teen girl. I like the film's blatant approach to the girl's sexuality, including the way it handles her questionable relationship. It shows only the un-sexy nature of first discoveries and the confusion brought from these things not being discussed with adults. There are a couple characters that felt erratic (namely the girl's father), as well as bits of weirdly written dialogue. A few times in the earlier half, some scenes came off as provocative for the sake of it. Things progressively smoothed out.
