An assemblage of people, ideas, and music, that culminates in representing a certain time and place. This plotless endeavor is a messy meandering collage that offers few entertaining moments in it's slowly paced long run. I found it hard to maintain interest, when I did not feel there was a single character worth following. The movie spins in different directions without any prior directions in mind. The main problem here is that the movie is just flat-out boring. I appreciate the authentic intent and not much else.
