Trying to stretch this serious out and it seems to get further and further from the simple origins that made the first few films so much better. A rote horror with your jump scares, a little random weirdness thrown in and an bat-spit crazy end that, of course, leaves things open for yet another sequel. Eh, I watched this purely out of boredom and was rewarded with an average experience.
