A nice examination of the "frivolous" hot-coffee lawsuit filed against McDonalds - and how the media blew it out of proportion and gave rise to tort reform that actually weakened the civil lawsuit cases rather than work for the system. If you think you know the whole story - think again and while I still think America is a sue-happy place to live, obviously some lawsuits are quite justified.
