Plot: An ex-con, the gruff Leila, finds work as an assistant to a blind priest. Father Jacob spends his days writings responses to people who write to him for spiritual advice and Leila grudgingly accepts the job of dictating, though she finds the letters pointless. Yet even she is not immune to the kindly old priest, and when the letters stop, she finds herself taking on a new role. -- Chris Kavan
