A BORING movie that was like watching a TV show about a TV show.It was a major challenge just to sit there & try to watch it all & I just could not do it

Definitely a movie for the film culture audience, notably those with some knowledge of the industry. Anyone involved in creative endeavors would find the sometimes dark comedy, but mostly sardonic, tale worth a one time watch. It is not a re-watch film, but it is pretty clear that this movie was a message wrapped in cynical tone, not simply entertainment. If this movie was to be watched a second time, it may very well jump up and clang two cymbals together for you like a dancing monkey. Edward Norton, Meeting Room scene while he was all bloody and smiling like a Chimp...remember that scene? Yeah, that's this movies attitude in general.

It was an ok watch, but not that good. Jake Kasdan is only getting movies made, because he's the son of Lawrence. Well, anyway, watch if you have nothing else to watch. It's moderately entertaining and could have a worse cast.
