The story is about a robot built for invention, Rodney heads to Robot City and emulate his idol Big Weld into making the world a better place. But a change in management threatens to derail his dreams, and dismantle his new friends, if he can't find a way to overcome Ratchet and his tyrannical rule. This movie as colorful animation and it's a good watch but it's not the best animated movie ever made it does have a lot of things wrong with it.

The visuals of this bright and bold animated film are stunning. I could have done with less of the Robin Williams character, who, more or less, plays a slightly less annoying of live action comedic Robin Williams. Still, there is a heart to this film that does hit home by its conclusions and some good jokes among the rust.

Again, an animated film that looks great, but I found most of the characters annoying (especially Robin Williams) so it grated on my nerves pretty much the whole way through. Anyway, it's a nice family film.
