This mystery-thriller owes a lot to Hitchcock in the first two thirds. But the third act goes wildly over-the-top but it felt earned. Meghann Fahy is excellent as the heroine. The cast is small but everyone else does a good job. It's a fun suspenseful time.

A decent thriller led by Meghann Fahy, a widowed mother going out on her first date in a long time only to get caught up in a sinister plot to take out her companion. Most of this takes place in restaurant or over phone screens but it does manage to keep the tension up. I think the end was a bit too convenient but otherwise a solid experience.
