The iconic "Dragonball" series is stripped of all its glory and material, then turned into (for some mysterious reason) a high school teen movie devoid of the slightest bit of charm or production value. What were the people who made this thinking?

Based off the popular anime series. This movie has awful CG and stupid characters.
