Kind of a throwaway movie in terms of animation, but at least they made it entertaining. Lots of fun action, some great one-liners, and some pretty beach/surf shots and the film doesn't overstay its welcome with a long runtime.

The story, character and voices are just OK in my book. It scores points for the animation, especially the water. I can't imagine how long it took to make it that realistic, but the surf looks amazing even if everything else is mediocre.
