SWAT Captain Frank Tate (Austin) and Hunt (Michael Jai White) are part of insensitive idiotic team. It’s baffling how these guys could have become SWAT with their type of intelligence. The acting, editing and screenplay were horrendous. Looking stupid was terrible in all accounts from the 4 officers and the level of stupidity is high that it is really amazing these guys are authorized to carry firearms. The antagonist was not even vicious enough with the phony accent. Nothing is engaging in the first 30min that you just want to ignore it completely. Tactical Force is a boring film filled with dreadful characters coupled with abysmal writing.
