Dario Argento's most fairytale-like movie. The excellent score from Goblin starts the movie at the right note, and you're inside the movie before you see even a single frame of the actual footage. The movie flows along in a very dreamlike way and you'll be in awe of the imagery Argento supplies you with. Suspiria is one of the most beautifully realised nightmares ever made for the screen.
