I thought this was just going to be a doc about some insanely expensive Manhattan apartment—and it is, at first. But then it turns into something way deeper and way more personal. Toby Hubner starts off investigating extreme wealth but ends up questioning the American Dream, his own background, and what success really means. It’s honest, sharp, and surprisingly emotional. The pacing’s great, the story feels human, and it left me thinking way more than I expected.
Verdict: Not just about real estate—it's about us.
