I can't get a read on what "Revenge of the Green Dragons" is supposed to even be. Is it a straight-faced gangster drama in the vein of "Mean Streets," or an overblown B-movie? Regardless, it's not very good as either. A complete muddled mess as the first, an edgelord cringe fest as the second.
