If you want an adaptation of Shakespeare's Henriad with some actual flair and originality, look up "My Own Private Idaho" by Gus Van Sant. "The King" won't be remembered for any other reason than being ideal, November release Oscar-bait from the past year. Timothée Chalamet gives a compelling lead performance but good luck finding anything else in this drag that's worthy of as much praise.
