Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Pretty good film to me

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005) is such a wonderful and creative movie. I think it's a great film and a mostly masterpiece of Tim Burton. Mostly.
The characters were (for the most part) amazing, except for Willy Wonka. The acting was fine, except for Johnny Depp. His backstory made the chocolate factory and the kids feel like a subplot. I wasn't a big fan of it.
Bur the story was well adapted, for the most part. The bad kids were well developed along with their parents. The chocolate factory scenery was visually stunning, even though the chocolate room could have definitely been brighter. The parents were careless and didn't mind their kids acting rude, until they get into trouble. Then, they learned in the end to not let their kids get away with bad behavior and actions.
This film is great in my opinion, but it has its minor flaws.
