Man, was this a disappointment.
The pairing of Clint Eastwood and Burt Reynolds should have been dynamite. Especially when they actually use dynamite in the movie! Except the plot seems made up on the fly and their banter is just terrible.
Now Eastwood skirts on by through his natural coolness. But I was surprised by how annoying I thought Reynolds’ performance was.
There was a few moments that worked. A line made me laugh or there was one decent shootout.
